Structor Group transformed a vacant church property into the home of Dad’s Garage, an award-winning non-profit theater company. The sanctuary was converted into the main performance space, the downstairs became offices and rehearsal space, and a new entrance and lobby welcomes guests. Structor Group also added a new elevator and completed major structural modifications. The project required collaborating with a mix of foundations, corporations, donors and community support.
