This new specialty medical office building includes a Surgery Center, office space, and a research facility with six operating rooms, four procedure rooms, preop/ postop, two MRIs, radiology, physical therapy, 72 exam rooms, a 15,000 SF advanced research lab, a teaching operating suite, administrative offices for Orthopedics, and a 10,000 SF conference center.
