Renovation of an existing wet lab concurrent with a larger renovation in an occupied building. Team repurposed some existing lab casework with new tops and added newly purchased casework. Scope included new lighting and HVAC controls and reworking existing building systems. Upgrades included new finishes throughout and new storefront windows. Designed by HOK.
