The project consisted of a 10,225 SF Periop expansion and 3,270 SF PACU renovation at the existing Emory University Orthopedics & Spine Hospital. The work included an addition of two new operating rooms and a new sterile processing department as well as a demolition of the existing sterile storage and new construction for a new PACU.
