Two floor building systems upgrades to both HVAC and fire alarm in the Student Center which houses the bookstore, food court & offices. Scope of work required updating the existing HVAC systems by installing new VAV/PIU boxes, modifying existing ductwork and replacing the existing pneumatic controls with a DDC system. The existing building fire alarm system was removed and replaced with a new fire alarm panel, pull stations, horn/strobe devices, etc.
