The kitchen is equipped with two exhaust hoods with heated make up air. Unique finishes in the restaurant include polished concrete floors, wood flooring materials installed in ceiling applications, custom made warehouse style interior windows with applied film and operable panes, and a wall clad in reclaimed wood. The reclaimed wood was procured from Wyoming, where it was first used as snow fence throughout the state.
