Working in an occupied building, Structor Group completed a second generation build out of one floor – of a five-story building within a fast track ten-week schedule. The team was required to remove a stairwell during demolition. The facility includes a large café with on-demand beer tap and banquette seating. The space includes wood accents on ceilings and walls creating a cohesive modern office space.
