Adaptive reuse of former church into community health clinic. Extensive renovation resulted in only the rubble stone walls being reused. New roof was elevated above the existing walls to create clerestory windows. Stone walls were structurally reinforced with bond beam, rebar and steel to support the improved roofing system. Facility Includes adult and child exam rooms, dental suites, behavior health suite, x-ray/lab area, reception desk, lobby/patient waiting area, billing area, offices, training room and staff kitchen. Site improvements include an attractive detention pond next to the building.
