Adaptive reuse and renovation of four existing retail (including Greenbriar Mall) and ware house spaces in Atlanta and Decatur. Each site included complete replacement of MEP systems as well as new utilities and site work. Multiple portions of the building exteriors were stripped, equipped with additional structural support for canopies and reskinned. A generator was installed for each project. Structor Group installed infrastructure and coordinated installation of RO (reverse osmosis) water systems with vendor for dialysis water purification system.
In all, the four clinics accommodate a total of 118 dialysis stations and include dialysis isolations rooms.
