122,000 SF | Build-Out
Structor Group co-founder Mike Schilling built-out the 122,000 SF of this 19-story medical office tower when it was first constructed. Scope included radiology department space, OB-GYN, and ENT space, among others. Since initial construction, Structor Group has completed nearly a dozen renovations in the building. Renovations have included full and partial floor renovations, which have included lobby, office, collaborative work areas, conference rooms, and break rooms for multiple departments.
