Located in West Midtown, this fast-casual eatery featuring healthful food is a favorite on Instagram. The key component and feature element of the space is the counter servery that showcases a fresh food display. This high volume, fast-casual restaurant has a modern vibe with a clean straightforward aesthetic. Accents of natural materials and an outdoor patio complement the brand.
This new 4,500 SF building was constructed by Structor Group on a brown field site. Contaminated soils were remediated. The poor structural quality of the remaining soil required utilizing 61 helical piers, each 70’ deep.
